Is this a paid program?

Not by default. Selected creators get free product. Creators whose content performs can be picked for paid campaigns, TikTok commission and contest prizes. Nothing beyond that is promised up front.

Do I have to buy the product?

No. Selected creators get ShineWater Kids shipped free anywhere in the lower 48 states and DC.

Do I need a minimum follower count?

No. Plenty of videos from small accounts outperform big ones. UGC creators with no public following are welcome too.

What is ShineWater Kids?
