SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the ShineWater text message program (the "Program") operated by ShineWater, LLC, 916 Washington Ave. Suite 220, Bay City, MI 48708 ("ShineWater," "we," "us"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, ShineWater will send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotions, discounts, new product announcements, cart reminders, subscription reminders, and order and shipping updates.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, submitting a sign-up form or pop-up on shinewater.com, or texting a keyword to our number. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number and that you are at least 18 years old.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy anything from ShineWater.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further marketing messages unless you opt in again.

6. Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf. 8. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may change or end the Program, or update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
